Embroidery Designs
Are your embroidery designs tested?
Yes. Every embroidery design available in our shop is tested on an embroidery machine before being released to ensure excellent stitch quality and reliable results.
What embroidery file formats do you provide?
Our ready-made embroidery designs are typically offered in the most popular machine embroidery formats. The available formats are listed in each product description.
If you need an embroidery file format that is not listed, simply contact us before or after your purchase. We’ll be happy to provide it whenever possible.
Can I resize the embroidery designs?
Minor size adjustments are usually possible. However, significant resizing may affect stitch quality and design integrity. For the best embroidery results, we recommend using the original design size or requesting a properly resized version.
Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?
Yes. You may use our embroidery designs to create and sell finished embroidered products.
However, you may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or claim ownership of the original digital embroidery files.
Do you offer free embroidery designs?

What is custom embroidery digitizing?
Custom embroidery digitizing is the process of converting your logo, artwork, photo, sketch, or reference image into a machine embroidery file that can be stitched by an embroidery machine.
What types of images can I submit?
You can upload logos, artwork, illustrations, photos, sketches, screenshots, or any reference image. The higher the image quality, the better the final embroidery result.
Can every image be converted into embroidery?
Most images can be digitized. However, embroidery has technical limitations. Very small details, gradients, shadows, and photographic effects may need to be simplified to achieve the best embroidery quality.
What file formats are available for custom embroidery digitizing?
We can provide custom embroidery designs in a wide variety of machine embroidery formats compatible with most major embroidery machine brands. Simply let us know which format your machine requires when submitting your quote request.
How do I request a quote?
Simply complete our Quote Request Form and upload your logo, artwork, image, photo, sketch, or reference. We’ll carefully review your project and provide a quote as soon as possible.
How long does custom digitizing take?
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Estimated turnaround times will be provided with your quote whenever possible.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Minor revisions related to the original request are included. Major redesigns or significant changes beyond the original project may require an additional fee.
