Welcome to Treddesigner. By accessing our website, purchasing our embroidery designs, or requesting our custom embroidery digitizing services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. General Information
Treddesigner provides machine embroidery designs and custom embroidery digitizing services for personal and commercial embroidery projects.
By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.
2. Embroidery Design Purchases
All embroidery designs available for purchase on our website are digital products.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download the embroidery files provided for your selected design.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in these Terms & Conditions.
3. Design File Formats
Available embroidery file formats may vary depending on the design.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct file format compatible with their embroidery machine.
If you need a different file format than the ones provided, please contact us and we will assist you when possible.
4. Custom Embroidery Digitizing Services
Our custom digitizing service allows customers to submit artwork, logos, images, photos, sketches, or references to be converted into embroidery-ready files.
Each design is manually reviewed and created according to embroidery requirements, including size, stitch limitations, fabric type, and machine capabilities.
The final embroidery result may vary depending on the embroidery machine, thread, fabric, stabilizer, and settings used.
5. Artwork Requirements and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any artwork, logos, images, or references submitted for digitizing.
Treddesigner does not claim ownership of customer-provided artwork.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permission when submitting copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed designs.
6. Design Process and Revisions
Before starting a custom project, we may review the provided artwork and recommend adjustments to achieve better embroidery results.
Due to the technical nature of embroidery, some details may need to be simplified or modified.
Customers may request reasonable revisions related to the original project requirements.
Changes that involve a completely new concept, major redesign, or significant modifications may require an additional fee.
7. Quotes and Payments
Custom digitizing projects require a quote before work begins.
Prices are based on factors such as design complexity, size, stitch count, number of colors, and required adjustments.
Work will begin after payment confirmation.
8. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and current workload.
We make every effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to revisions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of embroidery files and custom services, refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been delivered or custom work has started.
If there is an issue with a delivered file, please contact us and we will review the situation and provide assistance.
10. Use of Purchased Designs
Purchased embroidery designs are licensed, not sold.
Customers may use purchased designs for personal and commercial embroidery projects, unless otherwise specified.
Customers may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital embroidery files.
- Upload purchased files to file-sharing websites.
- Claim ownership of the original design files.
- Convert, modify, or distribute the files as digital products.
11. Custom Digitizing Ownership
After completion and payment, customers receive the embroidery files created for their project.
The customer may use the final embroidery files according to the agreed purpose.
Treddesigner retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, promotional, or display purposes unless confidentiality has been specifically requested and agreed upon.
12. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, branding, and original embroidery designs created by Treddesigner, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of website content is prohibited.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
We may use third-party platforms and services for payments, website functionality, communication, or file delivery.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
Treddesigner is not responsible for embroidery results affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Machine settings
- Thread quality
- Fabric selection
- Stabilizer choice
- Hooping technique
- Operator settings
We provide embroidery-ready files created according to professional digitizing standards, but the final physical embroidery depends on the equipment and production process used.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
